Karol is also the chairman of the Tatra Club of the Slovak Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the High Tatras and taste virtuosos Big Green Egg Slovakia. For several years he has also been creating hotel and restaurant concepts and innovating in gastronomy. He is currently engaged in gastronomic catering in the form of a garden party, various celebrations, corporate events, which he prepares in ceramic charcoal ovens.
